I agree with this and would add the amazing advantage that there is a version of it in lots of cultures, from the boudin noir I get in Montreal to the mustamakkara I get in Finland, to the morcela I once had in Lisbon.

I've been eating black pudding every day for years, and in that time, my cholesterol has plummeted. I know there are other reasons that will have contributed to that (running, walking), but you can eat black pudding regularly and all that iron and fat does you a lot of good.
