BREAKING: Airlines will now have to pay you when they mess up.

The Department of Transportation has issued a new rule requiring airlines to give you an automatic refund if your flight is canceled or delayed or if they lose your bags.

A pro #Statatip for handling very very large files. You can read the contents of a file using:
describe using <filename>

and then import specific parts using 'use if':
use if <cond> using <filename>

Here I don't have to load a file with 11m+ observations for just one year!
