Last week, we were fortunate to be joined by volunteers of SECU Bank for a day of growing greatness! This year’s Golden Hawks and members of the Gives Back Club painted pots and planted flowers that will be paid forward to a surprise organization later this week. 💙💚 Baltimore County Public Schools

Today we kicked off MCAP testing season with the most fun pep rally ever!!! If you’re the parent of a 3rd, 4th, or 5th grader, ask them: 💚 What is one new test-taking strategy that you learned today? 💙 What’s important to remember before testing? (Sleep, breakfast, limit games)

Ms. Lutz’s 3rd graders worked hard in math today, using place value models! Way to go!! 💙💚

Our admin treated us like 🌟STARS🌟 today! Happy Teacher Appreciation Day to my colleagues VincentFarmBCPS but especially to my partner in library, Mrs. Greensfelder, for being a great teammate! I’m lucky to work with someone as thoughtful and caring as you! ❤️

Today we spoiled our staff with a V.I.P. movie snack cart and we had SO MUCH FUN! Thank you to our VFES families who contributed to the event. If your child came home and said that their principals were dancing and singing and giving out snacks, it’s true! 😂💙💚

Last evening, two of our special staff members were recognized at the Chamber of Commerce Awards for Excellence in Education event. We are so proud and grateful for Ms. Stephens and Ms. Martin! 💚💙 Baltimore County Public Schools

Monday evening, we were entertained by the musical performances of our 5th grade band/orchestra, chorus, and our VFES dance team! Everyone did a fantastic job! Thank you to Mrs. DeGrange, Mr. Ruth, Mr. Margarida, and Mrs. Walker! 💙💚 🎶
