New preprint from our lab. Ryan Karimi 's program, Vesicle Picker, allows easy identification of vesicles and possible particle locations in cryoEM. The program uses cryosparc-tools to integrate Segment Anything (AI at Meta) with cryoSPARC (Structura Biotechnology). biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
