Weight Loss Tip #2 Increasing Protein intake from high-quality sources. That by itself initiates the drop in overall calories. Having high-quality, low-fat, unprocessed protein choices over high-fat, processed, and deep-fried will cut your calorie consumption significantly.

Weight Loss Tip #3 Investing in High-Quality Cookware. Good cooking equipment = better cooking efficiency. Also, Air-frying or steaming takes healthy meal prep to another level, all while keeping calories low, which will push your fat loss even further and make meal prep easier

Client: "Can we train Triceps more? Lot of fat there, my arms look huge..." If you want your arms to be smaller, you'll need a calorie deficit for fat loss and patience. Increasing training volume focused on triceps is not going to make your arms smaller.
