1 year ago I was crunching to release Goliath Depot. It's crazy how time flies... It hasn't been a commercial success but it's a personal success regardless. I learned so much. It would be interesting to share some thoughts and sales results. Devlog on YouTube maybe?

I'm on a current streak of 44 days in a row working at least 15 minutes on my project. That's probably the best thing I've done gamedev-wise. Progress is slow of course, but with a full-time job, I feel a lot less burned out with smaller increments and a daily routine.

Daily Gamedev #1/90 - Dynamic shelves action! I want to add dynamism in the level itself to make the store (level) feel like it's also an enemy to fight. It can unveil secrets, drop on you, reveal hidden enemies, explode, break, etc. #godotengine

Daily Gamedev #4/90 - Enemy Chase AI Tweaking the AI to surround the player instead of aiming directly at the player's position removing pill ups and frustrating point-blank attacks. Next I want to control which enemy will attack in a sort of push-pull priority approach. #godot

Daily Gamedev #8/90 I coded a hat throw boomrang but I'm still trying to figure out how the player should use it as it feels just like another projectile. Deal more damage but limited time usage? Various colored hat that you pick on the floor and does different things? #Godot
