Representative Learning Design 🎨When designing practice tasks to coach needs to make sure that the task simulates the info of the performance environment as much as possible. 🙋‍♂️It doesn’t need to be the exact same & good coaching is scaling the task to suit needs of athletes.

Coaches should view themselves as learning designers rather than 'transmitters of knowledge'. They should👇 •Design information rich environments •Encourage exploration by manipulating key constraints •Carefully question the athletes rather than telling them what to do
