How many more deaths & plane crashes will it take for Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal to separate itself into two entities as mandated by ICAO?
It’s been 13yrs since CAAN said they would do it, but still haven’t. It’s been 10yrs since European Commission banned all Nepali airlines.
