idc im going to talk about the tmi part of ed recovery/eds in general THE CONSTIPATION IS SO UNCOMFORTABLE & ANNOYING my ed caused me to have even WORSE digestive issues obvi now that im recovering it’s gotten better, but i STILL struggle i just want to have good digestion 😭

recovery isn’t and shouldn’t be a black & white type of journey just because you have a relapse or things didn’t go well for the day(s) doesn’t mean you have to completely give up it’s unrealistic & only holding you back you don’t have to fully relapse & give up keep trying
