Never book with Lufthansa 😡 Flight for 2024 cancelled by them, alternative wasn't suitable for my plans so I chose a refund Received a refund but missing £111.80 for baggage costs Given an email address - didn't work Called twice - staff useless. Told they'd "try" to refund me

Another week of going round in circles with this Because I've received a partial refund, it's like I don't exist because the booking has been cancelled Lufthansa please reach out to me to try to resolve this I'll be pursuing action with the Citizens Advice Consumer helpline next
