SPOILER - today we present a new discharge summary and process for Portsmouth Hospitals University NHST @PHU_Improvement It goes from 35 fields to 10, takes <50% of time, meets national criteria, is full of value, will speed up discharge and is sitting in ICE ready to go live. NO EXCUSES - IMPLEMENT NOW
