Supported by UK in Nepal 🇬🇧🇳🇵’s DSIII project, and PIN #Nepal, the Katahariya Municipality is distributing enrolment receipts to flood-affected landless households through the National Land Commission's system and will distribute land ownership certificates to 765 households.
By leveraging existing technologies that at-risk communities already have, we are creating a communication system that allows them to access forecast warnings at the right moment. This is People in Need Nepal working with Palika for Landslide #earlyaction.

Bodebarsain Municipality of Saptari became the 1st Literate Municipality of Madhesh Province. FCDO Girls’ Education supported PIN's #Aarambha project worked closely with #CEHRD in strengthening palika's #GIEN. We feel proud to be part of the process. Now, the palika has 95.23% literacy.
