Yesterday I ordered a featherweight wheelchair so I can get about better. It’s time.

Last night watched ‘Where the Crawdads Sing.’ While lovely. The book. So much better which is often the case. For you. What movie captured the book? For me. The English Patient.

Up at 2am. Bathroom. Then anxiety kicks in keeping me up for hours. It’s a new pattern I don’t love.

I am grateful for what I am and what I have. My thanksgiving is perpetual. Thoreau Happy Thanksgiving!

Grateful for the rare mornings when I wake up able to get out of bed without feeling like a beached whale and can walk without too much trouble. Wish that was ever day. But I’ll take it when I can.

I am really overwhelmed. Usually I have a heard time feeling my feelings but I’m upset and feeling it (my therapist will be proud). A bad cold on top of MS on top of chronic migraines on top of political stuff. It’s too much.

Ya, that’s called ableism. I’m not hiding my chronic illnesses for other people’s comfort. It is what it is. I’m chronically ill.
