Bhakti is not an excuse to ignore Dharma. Nor is Sharanagati. True Bhakti and Sharanagati both involve behaviour that pleases Bhagavan, which is obviously Dharma. Bhagavan himself says “rules should be followed”, “wrongdoers should be punished”, etc. (2/2)
