I knew I had the Ray Epps sentencing transcript--just found it. In Jan 2024, Judge Boasberg again referred to Jan 6 as an "insurrection" by Trump supporters--and implied the president was responsible. He gave Epps a slap on the wrist by lamenting his alleged victim status:
