Elections Chair C. Starlet Stevens confirms: polling location was open late, and multiple voters were given the wrong ballots. They’ve cast those ballots, so it’s too late from them to vote in City Council and School Board races.

Precinct 310 is not the only Richmond voting location with two different ballots. According to a campaign volunteer, precinct 603 experienced some confusion over two different ballots this morning. She kind of received some clarity from the precinct chief:
