I last used Airbnb Help in Dec 2017 (got a good review), now they've deactivated my account for 'breaching community standards' but will not reply to my emails/tell me what I’ve done. If anyone knows of a flat in RvK I can rent for 2 weeks whilst I don't have a loo drop me a DM!

Airbnb Airbnb UK can you please fix this and reactivate my account? I can’t think of anything I’ve done wrong. I’ve left reviews, verified my account, paid etc. Is this a mistake?

5 weeks ago Airbnb blocked my account. They are refusing to help me unblock it. They will not speak to me on the phone, social media or email. My account was randomly blocked for no reason. Apparently this is common. So, a warning: This could happen to you too #airbnb
