I was in the "Azerbaijan will probably hold off on military action before COP29" camp, though "they don't care, it's not like anyone has reacted so far" had a strong minority position and now it's looking like the winner.

I understand the progressive frustration that Democrats haven't earned their vote & don't listen to their issues, but I've heard from more than a couple that they'd rather Trump burn the country down so it can be built back up progressively than vote Dem, which is horribly naive.
