Travelling on the other side of the door today. Whilst Mark Smith is blasting off to Toronto Pearson, we are off to Jersey for a change of scenery, beach and maybe even Jersey Zoo. I wonder who we'll bump into?! 🦁✈️

As a shift worker I really enjoy my week days off. Today I gave Milo a leg stretch around the South Downs. 19k steps, wind measured in Spaniel ear flaps & a delicious lunch at The Shoe Inn. We also found a memorial for a Sterling who crashed on Ex Dreme during D-Day prep.

Had a great time showing my dad the sights of Cape Town. Constantia Glen Vineyard, Table Mountian, Boulder beach and of course the Harley-Davidson dealership! I even treated him to a little Accra diversion on the way down... 2 landings for the price of 1! 🇿🇦🥩🍷

7 years ago after I slid into his DMs, we had our first date at @GAILsBakery. We have achieved a lot in 7 years, our biggest success in the middle 🥰 Celebrated with a cinnamon bun and hot chocolate. Glad to be navigating life with Mark Smith ❤️

After handing over a fully serviceable jet and chocolate treat to Mark Smith (you're welcome), tried a new activity in PHX. Afternoon trail ride with #ArizonaHorses. Horses were beautiful, well behaved and the Wranglers were so cool. 🐴👢🇺🇸
