Honored to witness and speak about the incredible work of MacArthur Foundation fellow Magdalena Campos-Pons' exhibition. Overarching themes of my talk- "Worlds Interwoven: Cuba, the Caribbean, and the Birth of the Modern Era"- will center on slavery, diaspora, and forced migration.
