BREAKING: Orcas trapped in Northern Japan. Tues. morning local time, Rausu Coast Guard received a report of orcas trapped in ice off the coast of Rausu, Hokkaido. Reported by Kyodo News, a rep said, “There is no way to rescue them as the ship cannot get close enough to them.”
