Is it possible if CMCSA loses bid for WBD they still combine their cable networks via spin/merge? Can’t imagine NFLX will those should they win… PSKY would prob keep and merge w their networks… Hmm…

2 thoughts coming out of $NFLX / $WBD announcement: 1) spinco is going to get absolutely puked — can’t envision anyone wanting to hold this given this transaction 2) remaining media cos going to aggressively consolidate out of (perceived) necessity
