Congratulations to the SAAC Athlete of the Week, Hank Calhoun! Hank swam the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:20.0 at LPHS and one week later he swam the 500 freestyle at CPHS with a time of 5:10.49, cutting 10 seconds! Good luck this weekend Hank!

The VAC will add some lap swim time this Saturday (3-1-25) from 6:00 am to 8:00 am. Please note that this is an hour earlier than our normal Saturday morning Lap Swim time and is a change from the posted schedule.

Here is our Lap Swim schedule for VCS spring break. Please note the times are not our regular scheduled times with minimal staff in town. Also, be aware that we will only have AM time slots the week after spring break, as we will do some route maintenance in the afternoons.
