We have brought together Capitals of Culture from past present and future to discuss how the cities have changed in the light of the Capital of Culture title. We have representatives Matera2019, Plovdiv 2019, wroclaw2016, Fondation Mons2015 and @Liverpool2008 #stl2018

Dr Aggarwal examines racialised differences and exclusion in a white capitalist state, and looks at how we can critically examine how to reclaim collective commons; "Always presume that another world is possible as it had to look forward and backward at the same time". #STL2018
