Since I was a schoolchild, I have bought Victorinox Swiss Army knives. I loved them. Then I visited their shop in Bond Street and bought an ‘unbreakable umbrella’ relying on their ‘lifetime guarantee’ It broke and I’m fed up with their multinational hollow promise.
Very pushy on social media but dealing with them is more than painful. A dozen or so DMs, two emails, two telephone calls and they haven’t even started to engage with my complaint re my SECOND shoddy expensive broken umbrella. Week old calls not returned. Beware Victorinox
