Our voices matter. Our stories matter. They have the power to push for change and a better world. That’s why I’m excited to be The Sheaf Opinions Editor. Catch U of Saskatchewan students perspectives about what’s happening here on campus and around the world. thesheaf.com/2020/09/09/you…

As university students our mental health and wellbeing matter should matter just as much as our studies. U of Saskatchewan and USask Arts and Science it’s time to consider moving the midterm break up to give us a real chance to relax, reflect and prepare.

Student led spaces are powerful, and when combined with support of awesome leaders in the campus community, like Merle Massie, PhD 📚✒️🚜🇨🇦, can create positive change. I’m so proud of the SRS club and can’t wait for the semester to come! Thanks for sharing our story USask uRSAW Initiative.

An incredibly powerful film and discussion. Thank you to all the panelists for sharing their insights - it’s courageous conversations like this that help create meaningful change. Thank you USask uRSAW Initiative and Merle Massie, PhD 📚✒️🚜🇨🇦 for creating the space to take in this film together.

Thank you Arinjay Banerjee for your mentorship - from you and our entire team I’ve learnt a great deal about the world of research and the impact of STEM. With all I’ve learned as a scientist and person from this project, I can’t wait to start this next adventure.

It was an incredible experience to learn about the research endeavours of my fellow students and to share the research from my undergraduate honours project at VIDO with Arinjay Banerjee. Thank you to USask uRSAW Initiative for creating space for young people to share research.

My grandmothers, Betty and Shobha, were one of my life's greatest gifts. To know them was to know life, strength and joy itself. Sharing a tribute I wrote for CBC Saskatchewan to my grandmothers and how they taught me to understand and accept grief. cbc.ca/news/canada/sa…

Sometimes life is about trying new things and laughing at yourself through it all. Here's my story about fitness, spin and HIIT class and why everyone belongs in the gym. Of the many things I've taken from my time McGill University, this fitness adventure is one of my favorites.

Thanks Because I am a Girl and Plan Int'l Canada for empowering girls today and everyday. #girlsbelonghere is a plan to change the world. #dayofgirl
