What are your thoughts on AI tools like GPT-4o with canvas, cursor, etc. versus hiring developers?

I never thought I would use my algorithms or traversals knowledge. Now I'm doing that everyday. I dusted off my big O notations in a business meeting to try and explain the complexity.
