Wishing you a New Year that is filled with love and abundance. A new year that screams “This one is for you.” A new year that is awe-inspiring and impactful. Let this be the year that you no longer seek someone else’s permission but instead you are bold enough to find your voice.

This Black history month we are mentoring young men and women to be change-agents, good-trouble makers, disrupters & dismantlers, the brave ones and the boss ones, the ones who are committed to doing more today to affect their tomorrow. Happy #BlackHistoryMonth

Good for you Doug Ford. Students can’t afford increased tuition. Education should be accessible for all. It’s already ridiculously expensive. You want to prepare students for the workforce and you want to drown them in debt?

At the blessed age of 101 my mentor, maternal sage, community warrior, healthcare advocate and the woman who makes our hearts smile is finally getting the acknowledgment she doesn’t seek but so deserves. Congratulations our dear Lily Johnson on receiving the Order of Canada 🇨🇦

It’s taken far too long for the government to realize that this crisis is borderless. This is a national asylum seekers crisis. We are having a national housing crisis. Toronto could house refugees at Vaughan hotel amid shelter crunch | CBC News cbc.ca/news/canada/to…

When this crisis came to #Vaughan and #YorkRegion we lobbied for cultural supports & wraparound services. It’s essential that newcomers are serviced with a level of cultural competency at hotels. Over 600 families currently are not. Black-led organizations stand ready to lead.
