This year I am an in-person reader for the AP Computer Science Principles exam! Thank you Mineola High School for giving me this opportunity! I’m looking forward to coming back with a much deeper understanding of the Create Task and exchanging ideas with CS teachers across the country.
Thrilled to see Mrs.Berkowitz honored with the Cyber.org Educator Award! A well-earned recognition of her incredible work. #CyberEdCon25 #MineolaProud
Thank you CYBER.ORG for the opportunity to share how we do Passion Projects at Mineola High School ! We are so #MineolaProud of our cyber II learners and could not have done this presentation without their hard work and dedication. Fun to present to a full house! Kuri DiFede
Huge respect to Mrs.Berkowitz and Kuri DiFede for transforming Mineola's CS program. From a school with no real tech classes to one producing CTF competitors and self-taught game devs. x.com/trailofbits/st…
The asynchronous Computer Science courses at Mineola High School are amazing! It’s still possible to enroll, so check out the information below to learn more about the first step in our cybersecurity pathway as well as ways to get college credit through async Python & Web! #MineolaProud
Opportunities like this make all the difference! Mineola HS Cybersecurity and Computer Science students started their college classes at Nassau Community College this week. Such an amazing jumpstart on their futures. #MineolaProud #YouBelongHere Rory Parnell

#MineolaProud of our GirlsWhoCode and WiCyS members hanging up posters to promote the Middle School #KidOYO Hackathon! If you are interested in hackathons and are in the 8th grade reach out to Ms. Deninno👩🏼💻👾
#GirlsWhoCode and #WiCyS stopped by Kuri DiFede 's AP Computer Science A class to help coders debug by giving them their own Rubber Ducky! They were able to adopt and name their own duck to help them solve problems and thing through coding projects! #MineolaProud
For her Cybersecurity 2 project, Jade taught our RISE learners all about strong passwords! Learners had fun sorting examples as “Safe” and “Unsafe” and even the adults walked away with new tips! 😁 #MineolaProud Mineola High School
