Maybe I am stupid but I continue to be impressed by Musk. He is honest, human, makes mistakes, kicks ass, cuts the bullshit, has built 2 industry defining companies. Now he has shaken up media and platforms. Our platforms need to be a a lot more democratic than they are!

Democratisation of the vision of a company renders the individual useless and the process vague and meaningless. The reason why there is a CEO on top is because he has a clear idea of where he wants the company to go, not stemming from public desire.
