✨New paper in JClinMicro EIC✨ Due to PCR replacing culture for pertussis diagnosis, we no longer receive strains for genomic surveillance. Here we developed a new 9-target amplicon-seq assay which can directly type pertussis from leftover PCR samples. journals.asm.org/doi/10.1128/jc…
