BetterStreets Australia Greville Street in Prahran is a perfect example of a street that should be pedestrianised. Good for local traders and good for locals.



We agree wholeheartedly with our neighbours at Port Phillip BUG. A safe cycling network is needed. We couldn’t have said it better ourselves Julie Clutterbuck!



In 2018 City of Stonnington announced a commitment to the eventual elimination of death and serious injury from all roads within the municipality. But TAC data suggests that over that period, there were 556 injuries requiring hospitalisation and 7 fatalities, now 8.

City of Stonnington And in the draft City of Stonnington budget for 2023/2024, Council is only intending to allocate $400,000 to cycling infrastructure next year—close to half of what it spent this year—with no obvious plans to increase it over the next decade:
