In light of transparency, after our customer discovery, I went into an imposter syndrome phase, the problems were huge and the people we were building for were intimidating. I spoke to my Co-founder, we agreed to leave the outcome and focus on doing our best work.

First, we made it easy to track, and settle payments in local currencies. Importers can now pay their suppliers in their local currency, while exporters can receive funds in the currency of their buyer, reducing over-dependency on USD and longer settlement times.

Second, we added Purchase order (PO) matching to simplify reconciliation. Brydge automatically matches payments to POs and syncs to your accounting software in real time – saving you hours each month.

And we opened up access to third-party bank accounts so customers have total flexibility over how they pay their bills, whether it’s from an external bank account or a Brydge business account.
