Maj Majerus, #embedded PT, traveled to the Arctic Circle to care for a team deployed to EUCOM. He assessed & treated injuries, including cold weather injuries common in an arctic environment. He also connected with the PT for the Swedish K4 Rangers, building relationships.

Kudos to Lt Col Miller & Maj East, who partnered with Owens Recovery Science to develop a standardized curriculum on the application of BFR in military settings. Training coincided with the 93D Air Ground Operations Wing Human Performance Summit.

In addition to incorporating #injuryprevention training in the AF Special Warfare Training Wing, our #embedded teams brief trainees to ⬇️ injury risk & ⬆️ performance. Here, Dr. Clifford DPT briefed students awaiting training, teaching principles of injury prevention, self-care, and exercise science.
