Throughout the month of January, we are featuring the writings and spirituality of St. Angela Merici, devoted follower of Christ, who founded the Company of St. Ursula in 1535 in Brescia, Italy, which was the birth of the Ursuline Order. The Feast of St. Angela is January 27.

Today we honor the Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr., a man who lived by non-violence. We pray for peace and justice in our nation, praying for a safe Inauguration Day on Wednesday.
