My 38 year old brother in law (with 2 kids under 10) is sitting in a great hospital Ochsner Health but is requiring transfer to UC San Diego Health for pulmonary artery endarterectomy. BCBS New Mexico is road blocking (taking forever to approve) the transfer to a higher level of care
