Phil Perry Ernie Correct. But I left out the other centralized requirements: 9'- 22' side setbacks 30% impervious surface max FAR < .25 Density <8 du/acre 2 off-street parking spaces per unit minimum lot width 75' minimum lot size > 10,000sf etc.
