Devastating tornado impacted the Central NY area this morning at around 4am, causing 3 fatalities. This tornado is now tied as the third deadliest tornado in state history.

Extreme heat and power outages aren't a great combination. This map shows peak feels-like temperatures on Monday via the NYS Mesonet at UAlbany as well as counties that peaked at 1,000 or more customer outages.

A second tornado has been confirmed from early on June 22nd, separate from the Clark Mills EF1. While the survey is still ongoing, it appears the tornado affected the Clinton and Hamilton College area #nywx
