Congrats Longo's on a really fun employee cleanup, with a twist! We hosted a plastic pellet blitz at Sir Casimir Gzowski park and staff removed 1,725 pellets from 18 small quadrats. If scaled up across the beach we estimate that we could clean more than 600,000 pellets.

Our new #FightingFloatablesTO team of student researchers have descended upon the #Toronto waterfront to remove #PlasticPollution. Using trash traps & manual skimming w/ poles, our team will clean the waterfront + monitor what we find to inform preventative solutions!
