Devastated that the Sex Worker Outreach Program (SWOP) clinics in Nairobi are being told to close due to President Trump’s decision to pause foreign aid. The exemption for PEPFAR’s HIV medications has obviously not been acted on. No drugs = high virus more transmission and deaths
