🏆 UofG Digital Experience Team wins D&I Award at UCISA for the Student Support Hub. Kris Purdy, Head of Digital Experience: We mapped over 100 services, worked closely with students & staff, built a triage system that removes barriers & makes navigating support clearer & faster

User Researcher's, Holly & Jade discuss their role at the University of Glasgow when it comes to finding out how students interact with different services on campus. This valuable research helps the Design Team to improve services for students and staff.

UofG is rethinking how we build digital services, to make them more efficient, accessible, and sustainable. The first implementation on the Student Portal’s redesign alone cut the carbon footprint massively, saving the energy equivalent of boiling water for 139,200 cups of tea.

Following the institution-wide review of course enrolment, the University is driving forward improvements in the course enrolment process this year. More info in the link in the bio!
