Very happy to announce that, as of October 1st, I've been awarded a three-year Research Fellowship from @Royalcom1851! I'll be working in UofG Electronics & Nanoscale Engineering UofG Engineering to develop void-retaining epitaxy (VRE) and void-containing semiconductors for next-generation photonic devices.

Last Friday, I had a great time at Stockholm University - on Dr Roger Cattaneo's PhD defence committee as the Opponent. Fantastic work on chip-scale coherent THz devices with superconductors and Josephson junction array.
