Today is my first #AutisticPrideDay - the first since my #Autism diagnosis. I now want to become the most authentic version of myself I can be. That isn’t pride, but it isn’t shame either. It’s #acceptance – the greatest sentiment we can offer ourselves, or any other human being.

My wife has been away for the past two days, which means I'm sleeping even worse than usual. Still, it meant I was up early enough to see my first sunrise of the year - or maybe that should be decade! 😝 #ActuallyAutistic
