It’s the most wonderful time of the semester, De-Stress Fest! De-Stress Fest is a series of relaxing and engaging events for students to break and take some time to reflect on the semester. Join OASIS for De-Stress Fest during Dec. 9th-13th to relax before the semester ends!🎉🎉

Join us a paint and sip night in the Oasis Lounge on Dec. 9 from 6 p.m.-8:00 p.m. There will be snacks and an alcohol safety demonstration. Art supplies will be provided.

Join us for a relaxing and creative experience as we explore the art of Palestinian embroidery, Tatreez. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll delve into the rich history and cultural significance of this beautiful craft, learning about its intricate patterns and stitches.

Need some groceries? Come play grocery bingo at De-Stress Fest on Dec. 11 at 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. for a chance to win groceries for free! We’ll be giving away laundry detergent, cereal, and more! We will also have snacks and drinks provided.

Take it easy and stretch it out at rhythm and flow yoga on Dec. 12 from 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. in the unity room! There will be an R&B music playlist to relax and do yoga. There will also be Celsius and snacks provided.

Complete the week by stopping by for grab n’ go breakfast on Dec. 13 from 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Random Acts of Kindness will have cards of kindness and kindness rocks for emotional support for finals week. Join us for one more event to de-stress!
