The Unison West Midlands Regional Games 2018 takes place this Saturday at HolfordDriveSportHub in #Birmingham. It's an Olympic style community sports event that follows in the long tradition of sporting events put on by unions and the labour movement.

Local wrestler, activist & cauliflower ear enthusiast Salman mirza will be taking us through some #wrestling techniques, showing us all the reasons why you should never start a fight with a person who has ears like a vegetable. Salman's moves are so hot cameras can't capture them!
