positive of waking up on time #1: getting to have conversations with parents before they go to work

sometimes it's so difficult to know what is real

what if we're still stuck chasing careers

been working on my posture lately. standing up straight with my head up makes it so much more difficult to turn off the world.

i've been pretending that i know what i'm doing & that i know what's going on around me for all of my life. That's what i was taught to do. & now that i actually need to know what i'm doing & what's going on around me, i have no idea what to do & i'm failing.

my phone just had a system update... the minor changes to the UI are stressing me out. why do they always try to fix things that aren't broken 😥

tempted to write an essay on how reading Richard Dawkins increased my confidence in my belief that there is a creator exsisting outside of our scientific comprehension.

We have incorrectly understood extroversion to be a spiritual gift that everyone must cultivate. Extroversion is not a spiritual gift. Introversion is not a spiritual liability. It sounds simple enough, but somehow this message gets confused in the church.

to use earbuds as comfortably as possible i turn the eq down and keep the volume at one notch. music is still too loud. 😑

everything is too loud, too bright, and not the right tempo
