Over the past few days we have been inundated with calls for help from people who believe us to be the real UNHRC. We are not. Please stop.

We feel for you, we truly do, but we can’t help you. Sending a tweet will not help someone imprisoned or mass rapes in Congo. In order to

impact change you have to coordinate global responses with governments who can enact sanctions. These do work, eventually.

Will possibly shut this account down if people don’t keep confusing us with the real UN. Though it does speak to our level of parody if

people genuinely believe us to be a part of the United Nations. Perhaps we’re just too good?

Did you miss us? We have spent the last year studying the impact of inaction on Syrian civilians. Fascinating results.
