Closing on a building sale, negotiation on a lease for my final ground floor unit, finishing self managed MEP buildout and starting site work, and trying to run my other company all at the same time this week. Also starting design on another site. Feeling stretched a tad thin.

Sold a building today. Ended up about 15% ARR over two years and rolling my basis + gain into my OZ lake development. Didn’t end up doing any of the planned improvements so worked out nicely.

It is really frustrating when you know you did your job right and you get stiffed on payment. The fight to get paid is difficult but you have to do it. Completely draining.
