#WeekendGrill It got above 30F so we fired up the grill! Lamb burgers (TY Goette Farms) topped w/ grilled red onion, roasted red pepper, artichoke hearts and Provolone and topped with banana peppers. Paired with lemon butter broccoli and steak fries. Quaff: Iced Tea

#SundayBrunch #leftovers Used up the last of our Zabar's delivery: bagel w/ scallion cream cheese and belly lox, watermelon w/ Jamon Serrano, bacon and I turned the blueberry crumb Bundt cake into a Curry French toast. Honeycrisp apple juice and a shit ton of coffee!

Always fill the back up the propane tank! Ran out, didn’t want to wait for charcoal, grill pan it is! Filet and lobster (steamed then grilled, w/ a Calabrian chili drawn butter), roasted asparagus, Risolét potatoes and 2 cheeses (a Spanish smoked goat and a French triple-creme)

Easter brunch. I made two quiches. One traditional crust with feta, Guyere, spinach, onions and mushroom. The other had a hash brown crust with ham and Swiss. TLS&EPMZ put together a Zabar's bagel board and Black-n-White cookies. Very New York!
