Uncle RJ™️ I think it's more of a lack of respect (in the position of leadership) for a person they haven't seen lead. A lot of young men do not look at their mothers as leaders (unless she REALLY handled biz) and sadly a lot of their moms weren't. They just 'raised the kids'...
